Core Strengthening Program: The muscles that make up the core are the abdominals, back, obliques & hips. Very often, as we get older or after pregnancy, our core becomes weaker giving very little stability to the spine and the rest of the body. When this happens many people begin to restrict activities and have chronic injuries.

The core program consists of an initial assessment of core strength and overall condition. Subsequent sessions are for a 1 hour period.

TYPE II Diabetics: We have developed a special program designed to increase metabolism, to aid in weight reduction and turn on insulin receptors in muscles allowing better blood sugar control.

Wellness & Vitality: Our specialized vitality and wellness fitness program enables the release of endorphins and enkephalins (natural anti-depressants), thus creating a feeling of well being. In addition, the toning of muscles allows people to participate in many of the activities that make life enjoyable.
